In compliance with the distant selling directive, if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from our online store customers have 14 working days following the receipt of goods to notify us.
Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the purchase date, reference number and why you would like to return the item.
We will acknowledge receipt via email and will require all goods to be returned within 14 days. Undoubtedly there will probably be someone else waiting to buy that item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Accessories such as brooches, scarves hair accessories and jewellery are not returnable. in addition to this, the items from the 'charity edit' are not eligible for returns and refunds as they are printed to order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
