Standard shipping to the UK takes 3-5 working days and is sent via Royal Mail second class. If you require your item sooner please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also if you would like your item gift wrapped in a box please use the add on option. There is a charge of £2.50 for this service.

In compliance with the distant selling directive, if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from our online store customers have 14 working days following the receipt of goods to notify us. SALE ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY-YOU WILL BE ISSUED WITH A CREDIT NOTE FOR THE VALUE OF YOUR RETURN.

We will acknowledge receipt via email and will require all goods to be returned within 14 days, please enclose your order reference number with your return. Undoubtedly there will probably be someone else waiting to buy that item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Accessories such as brooches, scarves, socks, hair accessories and jewellery are not returnable. In addition to this, the items from the 'charity edit' are not eligible for returns and refunds as they are printed to order.
Please note if you return an item that has been purchased as an add on item at a discounted price this must be returned with the original item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days. Unless an item is faulty (once approved by the original manufacturer) return postage is not refunded you are responsible for this..
